ATTIRE GUIDELINES

We kindly request that our guests refrain from wearing sportswear or lounge wear, such as tracksuits, gym attire, shorts, flip flops, sliders etc. We operate within a strict smart casual dress code – fashion trainers are acceptable and please refer to our website for more information.

We reserve the right to refuse reservations if guests do not comply with the dress code.

CHILDREN

We regretfully cannot admit any minors under the age of 10 after 17:00 or for dinner reservations.

CREDIT CARD

Details are securely held and will be charged in the event of a no show, late cancellation and any unpaid bar or table tabs. Unfortunately we won’t be able to book you in without a Credit Card detail.

PAYMENT

At the Bazaar Restaurant we will only be accepting card payment, unfortunately there won’t be any cash transaction.

BOOKINGS

We operate on a 20 minute grace policy. Please call us if you are running later than 20 minutes after your booked time, otherwise we won’t hold your booking.

We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date and correct.

DIET REQUIREMENTS

To help you with your experience with your experience, please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements or speak to a member of staff upon arrival.

CANCELLATION

Please be aware that failure to cancel your reservation at least 12 hours in advance of your booking will incur a £40 per person charge to the card on file.
In case of cancellation, the Restaurant must be informed within 12 hours prior you’re booking of any cancellation or no shows by email; unfortunately we won’t accept any other form of communication unless it is done via email.
